At BICOWA, we have a team of well trained and professional local community guides who will take you through various activities that are offered by our community based tourism organisation. Among those activities include; The BIGODI Coffee Farm experience. This coffee farm guided tour offers visitors an active, hands-on opportunity to learn about the entire coffee-making process, from walking through plantations and picking ripe cherries to assisting with processing, roasting, and grinding, culminating in a unique tasting of freshly brewed coffee. These tours are highly interactive, providing deep insight into Ugandan farming communities, their traditions, and the significant cultural and economic role of coffee, often with proceeds directly supporting local farmers and conservation efforts.
